Stage 1 Breathworks: Mindfulness for the Relief of Physical Pain/Tension/Discomfort

Stage 1 is a progressive meditation course in which you will be taught potent formal meditation techniques. The 8-week Breathworks beginner mindfulness meditation hybrid online/in person course teaches how physical pain comes about and also what is maintaining it as part of your life and your identity.

You will learn many techniques to reduce and completely eradicate physical pain as well as how to move forward in your life without perpetuating or creating more of it. The Course offers relief from any long term illness (including those labelled as Fibrymyalgia, and any Chronic diagnoses) which medical inputs have failed to resolve and for which you have been told there is no cure, as well as acute pain.

The Course involves a significant element of noticing the language we use with ourselves about the pain and suffering and how this shapes our life experience and resulting illness as well as how to take care of our mental and emotional health. Our participants almost always note an immense lessening of symptoms by Week 3 of the course. To feel these results you will need to complete the short daily meditation practices and reading, as well as attending the sessions.

This Course is Stage 1 of our Progressive Meditation Course. Attendance at at least 7 out of the 8 weeks is required to progress onto the Stage 2 Course. You are also free to leave after Stage 1.

Stage 1 Breathworks: Mindfulness for the Relief of Stress, Anxiety and Depression

Stage 1 is a progressive meditation course in which you will learn potent meditation techniques. The 8-week beginner Breathworks based online/in person Course  helps people to move away from stress/anxiety/depression when it has become a debilitating factor in life. You will learn how stress, anxiety and depression arise and what keeps them in business ruling your life. The Course involves a significant element of noticing the language we use with ourselves and how this shapes how we feel as well as how to take care of our mental and emotional health and be kinder towards ourselves. Our participants almost always note an immense lessening of symptoms by Week 3 of the course. The course involves daily meditation practices and weekly reading, as well as attending the sessions in order to gain benefit from the course.

Stage 2 Discovering the Self: Who and What we Truly Are

Stage 2 is a progressive meditation and insight course. A 12-week course comprising a consolidation and deepening of the formal meditation techniques of the two Stage 1 Courses. Students develop their meditative experience on a deep inward path to explore the Nature of who and what they truly are which leads progressively to the Non Dual Understanding. If you are still suffering in some way in your life then it is absolutely likely that the content of this intermediate course will be completely new to you, even if you have been on the meditative path for many years or even several decades. The understanding gained from this course provides the gateway to the liberation from the mind. A deepening understanding and experiential ability to touch and become familiar with and truly immerse in Freedom, Peace and Happiness.

This is an intense gateway to the deeper realms of spiritual work which leads to Self Realisation and Liberation from the Mind.

Pre-Requisite: You must have completed and be able to provide evidence of having completed a formal taught beginner 8-week meditation course in the last 2 years. This intermediate course requires students to have been formally taught meditation by a qualified teacher (self guided apps and youtube meditations are not sufficient as a pre-requisite), have been a regular meditator for at least a year, and have a working knowledge of basic meditation techniques and compassion practice in place prior to starting.

Stage 3 (part 2) Advanced Self Realisation: Returning to Life

Stage 3 is the final stage in the progressive meditation course. An advanced 6-week Meditation and Self Enquiry course which continues on from Stage 2 Who Am I? Remaining close to our true (undiluted by belief and perception) experience, we discover What We Are and the Nature of Reality. As we progress to this depth we address existential questions, dispelling fear as we go. This is an advanced Non-Duality based course with Q&A sessions led by the group through areas of difficulty or which are lacking in clarity. The focus in this course is on how we integrate the deep Knowledge gained throughout the entire 3 stage progressive meditation and insight courses, into everyday life and our everyday interactions and how to live an Enlightened, Liberated, Self Realised life.

Understanding and Unveiling Consciousness (Stage 3 part 1)

An insightful 6-week Course into Human Consciousness (Awareness) and subsequent human behaviour and interaction based on Dr David Hawkin’s Map of Human Consciousness. The focus is on coming to understand those people closest to us in our lives whom we find difficult to be with or relate to. This course also widens that understanding out to provide an understanding of humanity at large and so a greater compassion for all living Beings. With this clearer understanding, we are able to resolve or even avoid conflict in our relationships and we uncover a more loving version of our Self and a gentler kinder way to tread through this life.

Pre-Requisite: A beginner 8-week meditation course such as Stage 1 Breathworks. Preferably also Stage 2 but this is not absolutely imperative.

The Direct Path

A 12-week direct course for spiritual seekers who are not to drawn to meditation or have been on the spiritual path for many years or even decades and have not found liberation from mind or physical pain. Students should have an open mind, a readiness to learn, and an ability to drop beliefs and past learning with ease. In particular, this course will resonate deeply with those who have lived a life or profession in the arts (music, art, writing, poetry, drama etc). Students must be in a period of stability (no all-consuming scale stress/anxiety/depression/physical pain) and deep yearning to understand Truth, Beauty and Love. This course is the reverse learning process of the Stages 1-3 Progressive traditional meditative path. This 12-week course will be followed up with Q&A sessions after a short break.

No Pre-Requisites are required, but a background in a spiritual path or some acquaintance with meditation/compassion practice is always useful and makes the journey easier and more potent.

Much conflict is brought about in relationships of all kinds because people do not listen properly to each other or, in fact, they do not know how to listen. On this course you will learn about 5 ways of listening. You will have ample practice at becoming aware of how you yourself and others are currently engaging with these modes of listening and how Awareness of these ways of listening can hugely improve your relationships. The Power of Your Words

This comprises 2x 2 hour sessions which will open your awareness to the power of the words you utter. You will be introduced to the transformational power of words and repetition through affirmation of simple statements, learning how to source and develop these by feel rather than by thinking. We boost the power of sound by the use of a mirror. This is hugely transformational in the realms of low self worth and anxiety about events in the future. We create new outcomes purely by aligning The Mind to new ideas through Sound and Repetition alone. Tangible results in one session.

The Power of Your Words
Individual Meditation Session

Individual Meditation/Self Enquiry sessions are for more experienced meditators struggling with/releasing/moving on with/being with some aspect of life which is causing tension on some level in Mind or Body. These sessions are primarily for those who have been through the Stages 1-3 of the ‘progressive’ meditation Courses or The Direct Path and are suitable to ask any questions and areas of darkness or difficulty which do indeed arise in everyone’s inner journey. I can also work with clients who are not previously known to me.

Whether I know you or not, I do request an outline of the areas of difficulty before the session as well as some background to your Meditation/Spiritual life beforehand so that we can maximise use of time in the session. The content of individual sessions is usually of an advanced level as all regular aspects of meditation are covered in my Progressive (Stages 1-3) or Direct Path courses and students are asked to raise questions within the group setting so that other people can also learn from the response.

Please be prepared to be given very honest and direct pointers and techniques to assist you towards your true nature of Peace, Happiness and Oneness.

Private 1-1 sessions are tailored in length to suit the client and can extend beyond the hour session if you wish.
