Sensing Energy Meditations

1) No bowl sitting/lying meditation where we use our senses to become aware of energy flowing through us. Hearing energy, feeling energy and seeing energy. Asking the question: ‘Who is meditating here?’ (25mins)

2) Lying meditation to feel energy. Connecting to the Earth and to the Light, Connecting to the energetic field around you in order for you to move into a state of Creativity to help yourself and relinquish a little dependency on our Team in your healing journey. Over the last couple of months, we begin to hand you back the baton, armed with your toolkit, to Create your new Reality with your emerging new Mind, Body and Soul. (33mins)

3) Sitting meditation. Feeling Energy and using it to heal a part of your body (29 mins)

4) Sitting meditation (perhaps outside). Filling the body with white light energy to ease pain, discomfort or tension. Cultivating love and happiness. (23mins)

5) Morning meditation for grounding. Setting the energetic tone, intention and frequency for the day ahead. Letting go of pushing/trying and instead cultivating acceptance. Welcoming in difficulty into a compassionate accepting space. (32mins)

6) Grounding by anchoring in the sea bed. What IS energy? How is it formed? How frequencies behave. Everything is energy. Everything is possibility. Everything is therefore waiting for you. It is your choice how your inner and outer worlds interact. Turning towards difficult people. (41mins)
