Space Meditations
1) Resting with the senses, the breath and the space between the breaths. Dissolving pain and taking away an altered state/an alternative route through pain on a backdrop of Compassion. 30mins.
2) Coming to rest with the breath to release tension, to rest in the space between breaths and dissolving pain with a view to changing/moving and dissolving sensations all through a lens of curiosity, Loving Kindness and Gratitude. 30mins.
3) A 40min deep meditation where we rest in the Space between Breaths, noticing and verbalising what we find there. Resting with the idea (both osteopathically and meditatively) that our bodies have always done the best they could for us and continue to do so. Ending with cultivating a sense of Self Compassion and Gratitude for this realisation. Here are some of the things people found in the Space between breaths (inaudible on recording sometimes): Seagulls, river flowing out to sea, possibility, colours, kindness, opportunity, hiatus, release, warmth, stillness, comfort, joy, cool hands, balance, tingling, opening, renewal.
4) Attending to and Dissolving pain through powerful Space and Balancing techniques. (42mins)
5) Riding the Sea of Change. Observing with Clarity the Space between things and seeing every moment as an Opportunity, as a Choice – as a Doorway to Growth. (15mins)
6) The headache meditation! (I had one whilst recording this so forgive the lower tone than normal). (30mins)
7) ‘Working Together’. Space, Stillness and Pure Silence. The Conversation at the still point between perceived inner and outer worlds. Sensing the energy moving through us, replenishing and healing. (40mins)
